Leisurely Activity

The pieces in this album are light and entertaining, yet at some moments pensive and moody. All were originally composed for contemporary dance and tend to be rhythmic in nature, except for the last piece, ‘Le Premier Saut.’ The work, which is more expansive and serene in comparison, incorporates small extracts of personal stories that I recorded from the performers who danced in the stage presentation.
